Board Meeting Notes 04/2025

I.       ATTENDANCE

a.  Pat Huckans, Melissa Mewhorter, Jack Mewhorter, Eric Mack

II.     OLD BUSINESS

A.    Finance

a.    Financial status update- 69k in reserves. End of year balance

b.    Insurance update – needs to be communicated with members

B.     Annual Meeting

a.    Need to find a date – 6/17/2025 – pat to follow up

b.    Establish what needs to be sent out 30 days ahead of meeting

c.    Board needs to approve new budget P&L mostly negative for different variations

d.    Increase fees - $50 increase to be voted on

C.   Mike Ford Daily water testing – Hand off daily checks with Jack until we can determine a way to spread the responsibilties with members.

III.   NEW BUSINESS

A.    Paving additional driveways and extra spots – See Mak Paving estimate. Do the two driveways and two of the side spots

B.     Review additional work in water pump house

a.    Review Adirondack estimate – need to set up a time to transition Pump House Adirondack proposal– Replace the plumbing on the west side pump since there is no room for any more changes on the pipe.needs to be done
