I.       ATTENDANCE

a.  Pat, melissa, jack, eric

II.     OLD BUSINESS

A.    Finance  alteri contract. Slightly higher but within reason.

B.     Pump House Adirondack proposal– Replace the plumbing on the west side pump since there is no room for any more changes on the pipe. Needs to be revisited.

C.   Salerno drainage project could be in October

III.   NEW BUSINESS

A.    Jack Daily water testing – needs to be done by Pat 9/3 – 9/28 to set up a time to transition if necessary.

B.     Review additional work in water pump house

a.    Review Adirondack estimate – needs to be done

C.   Open Board spot- someone was approached but she hasn’t responded yet

D.    Melissa in contact with cindy’s lawyer. Arranging for payments,

E.     Discussion about eric’s paint job

F.     NiMo to replace meters with smart meter or standard.
